Engraved album $50.00
Requirements: $100.00 non refundable deposit to secure date. Half
of the total cost of the selected package must be paid at the time the bridal
portraits are scheduled to be done. Bridal portraits are taken at least thirty
days prior to the wedding/event. The balance is due before or on the day of the
wedding/event. All weddings are based on four hours unless otherwise noted.
There will be a $40.00 charge on all returned checks. There will be a $50.00
late fee for any package not paid for in full by the day of wedding/event. Our
company is not responsible for any packages not picked up within 30 days. If
half of balance is not paid 30 days before wedding/event the contract is void
and all money paid is forfeited. All rights and copyright are the property of AC Jackson Video and Photography.
Our company is not liable for any expenses over the price of this contract.
